I eat a lot of spinach & yogurt but need to work on adding the rest of those into my diet more often.

I’m trying to eat more of these foods and this is a big goal in 2014. Thanks for sharing.

i give my kids blueberries almost daily. we have 2 huge bushes (8 feet-10 feet high) and 3 baby bushes in the yard. my dad has alzheimers and my grama did too on my moms side so i’m hoping all of thse super foods help keep my littles from developing it too

I knew this about blueberries and have heard mangoes also but didn’t know most of the others.

Awesome list! I need to really work on my shopping habits. lol I cannot eat soy though… it gives me an instant headache for some reason.

Walnuts and Teas are my favorites on that list. I try and add walnuts to a lot of the foods I make!

I am a huge fan of blueberries and make sure I eat them daily in one form or another. One of my favorite recipes is to blend 1/2 a cup with skim milk and a good vanilla protein powder after I train, i also like using blueberry powder which you can get from good organic stores.
